Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Part Time and Full Time)
The Riley Center in Huntsville, AL is currently seeking qualified, dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) to provide either clinical or in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder who are in need of assistance to increase communication and socialization while reducing challenging behaviors. BCBAs at The Riley Center have the ability to engage with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, Speech Therapists, Psychologist, Special Educators and RBTs) to fulfill the urgent need for earlier diagnosis and effective intervention for children through young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Our staff implement the most effective evidence-based interventions in a caring and supportive environment. We are mission-focused and strive to provide the highest quality training for families, educators, and other professionals to promote best practices and provide opportunities for all individuals with ASD. BCBAs are expected to assess, plan, develop, and monitor the treatment of assigned clients using ABA principles for client intervention/treatment modification, behavior intervention plans, and parent training. Experienced BCBAs may also have the opportunity to provide supervision to those seeking BCBA/BCaBA credentials. Some remote work is also available. Qualifications:- BCBA Certification

- $48,000-$80,000 salary

- Assess clients using various tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, Vineland III, etc.)
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans
- Develop, monitor and update client goals and treatment plans
- Attending bi-weekly consultant meetings with Clinic Director and other BCBAs
- Provide training and feedback to parents
- Analyze data taken by therapy teams and making treatment decisions
- Supervise and provide feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians
- Exhibit effective communication with co-workers, other providers, supervisors and supervisee’s
ABA Therapists (Part Time and Full Time)
The Riley Center is looking for interested professionals to work with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We are currently looking for part time applicants to work between 14-22 hours per week and full-time applicants to work up to 40 hours per week. We offer great training packages, opportunities for advancement, and a fun working environment!- Graduate students or graduates of Education, Psychology, and related disciplines preferred
- Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s level degree in education, psychology, or related disciplines

- The Riley Center utilizes evidence-based practices and conducts applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children age 2-17 years old
- Initial and on-going training in ABA and ASD provided from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
