Mr. Dahlgren is the Director of Manufacturing of Western Operations with Del Monte Pet Products. He holds Bachelor‚ degrees in Business and Economics. Mr. Dahlgren has approximately 20 years of business management experience in manufacturing operations including multiple factory start-ups, staff recruiting, and team building.

Darwyn Miller
Treasurer
Ms. Miller is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor‚ degree in Accounting. She has over 20 years experience in various aspects of business including bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, fixed assets, and auditing.

Heather French
Secretary
Dr. French is currently working with The Riley Center, clinical and educational programs, school collaborations, and research. She holds a Bachelor‚ degree in English; a Master‚ degree in English; and a Ph.D. in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership. Dr. French has experience as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist, as a K-12 classroom teacher, and as a college instructor. While in Virginia, she spent four years as part of a research team for a multi-state, 5 year, $5 million grant awarded through the U.S. Department of Education.

Melody P. Crane - M.Ed.
Executive Director
Ms. Crane holds a Bachelor, degree in Emotional Conflict/Special Education and a Master‚ degree in Mild Learning Handicaps/Special Education. She served as a principal of a private Christian school for years. She has 17 years experience in teaching children with special needs including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional conflict/behavior disorders.

Kristi Hubbard
Certified Behavior Analyst for The Riley Center
Ms. Hubbard holds a Bachelor and Master‚ degree in Experimental Psychology and an Academic Certification in Behavior Analysis. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with eight years experience working with children with autism and relation disorders using ABA therapy.

Phil Crane
Director
Mr. Crane is a Contracts Manager for GE Fanuc Embedded Computer Systems, a subsidiary of General Electric Company. He holds Bachelor‚ degrees in Journalism and Economics and Master‚ degree in Contracts and Acquisition Management. Mr. Crane has 17 years experience in federal government as well as commercial and international contract administration.
